This very important attribute of the service industry was on full display as the writer witnessed while visiting Mi Gallery located at RDC, Ghaziabad and the way the manager of the gallery, Babita, organized everything seamlessly and her work is simply commendable.
The rush was manifold, and in spite of being understaffed, with the able assistance of one of the executives, Gajendra; the issue was resolved very promptly.
Babita is a deserving manager in the Mi workforce and; in this fiercely competitive market, a perfect example of the testimony that - it is the attitude of the personnel that really goes on to build loyal customers for any brand.
