Bhaarat Bol News founder, Amit kumaR Agarwal very recently had the pleasure of flying with Indigo. What really took him by surprise was the crew, whose warmth and professionalism turned an ordinary flight-journey into a genuinely pleasant experience.
From just another flight it turned into one of the best flights thanks to Muskan and Ankita that led the crew, right from the front of the aircraft.
The moment from boarding, Muskan and Ankita, greeted every passenger with a genuine smile, helping with overhead luggage and settling families with young children without being even asked for any help!
Throughout the flight, their attentiveness never wavered. Meal and beverage service was prompt and courteous, and they were quick to accommodate dietary requests with patience and a smile.
When a passenger near me put in a special request, Muskan and Ankita responded calmly and efficiently, checking in regularly until the request was resolved. This was just a small moment that said a lot about their training and care.
What stood out most was how they balanced efficiency with genuine hospitality - anticipating needs, keeping the cabin comfortable, and maintaining a calm, reassuring presence even during mild turbulence.
Flying can be stressful, but crew like Muskan and Ankita make all the difference!
