We all have been repeatedly told that today’s lifestyle is so poor and unhealthy that it is going out of control day by day, and lifestyle is a prime factor in health, as we all know already; however, most of the people don’t care and carry on with their lives as they are.
What is lifestyle? So it’s a way a particular person or a group of people live their habits, behavior, attitudes, and the choices they make.
You can also say that lifestyle is a medication that everyone should be aware of, which means that choices we make for ourselves should be the healthiest and proper ones without showing any clumsiness and by avoiding habits that are injurious.
Let's take an example of our capital, Delhi, which is known as the most populated and polluted of India in this fast-paced country. What are you expecting?
As I was saying recently, there is news about our capital, Delhi, that Delhi’s air quality remains very poor and is still in the very poor category.
There are a range of reasons, which include increasing number of vehicles, waste burning, construction and industrial emissions, etc.
All these things are affecting people’s lifestyle, and as modernity increases, people are becoming more indifferent to their responsibilities.
As a final point, I want to add here which is the most advantageous and also carries a disadvantage with itself, and that is AI (artificial intelligence). Because of this, people are becoming so dependent that their physical activities are decreasing, and it also acts on mental health, which is obvious since everything is interconnected.
