The Union Minister of State for Information & Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. L. Murugan, addressing the gathering at the inauguration of “Raja Ravi Varma Chitranjali 2026”, organized by Megh Mandal Sansthan to mark 10 years of Chitranjali and the 120th death anniversary of Raja Ravi Varma.
The event was organized at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, in New Delhi on September 21, 2026. Former CAG of India, G. C. Murmu also attended.
