- Vivek Singhania's Snow White Mission Vienna, did just that!
Vivek Singhania’s experimental feature-film “Snow White Mission Vienna”, shot entirely on a mobile phone, s winning awards left, right and centre at all the major film-festivals across the world!
From Italy to USA to Greece to UK to Australia to India - the list is endless!
The film has so far screened at three festivals, receiving recognition; these include
- Marateale – Premio Internazionale Basilicata in Italy in July 2026
- Nez International Film Festival in Kolkata in April 2026
and the 1st major award that the film got at
- The Gala Edition of #BNHAF Awards and Festival in January 2026 for Best Director
“Snow White Mission Vienna” features an international cast led by Surbhie Sharma, alongside Amit R Agrwal, Joanna Godwin Seidl, Katie Braden, Naama Isabelle Fassbinder, Annabel Rauch and Bianca.

The decision to shoot the feature on a mobile phone forms a central part of the film’s experimental approach, with Singhania exploring the possibilities of lightweight digital filmmaking outside the conventions of traditional feature production.
Amit R Agrwal also served as the additional DOP of the film, other than playing the lead antagonist turned supporting protagonist in the film.

Following its screenings in Delhi-NCR, Kolkata and Italy, the film continues its festival journey with
- India International Film Festival of Boston in the United States
- Cyprus International Film Festival, to be held in the scenic city of Nicosia.
- Bridges International Film Festival of Corinth, Greece
“Snow White Mission Vienna” has indeed revolutionized the film-making with it's milestone achievements in the world - and is a 1st for the Indian-subcontinent.
