The Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, welcomed the Indian Women's Cricket Team as they became only fourth team in the world to win the title of World Champions at the ICC Women's World Cup 2025.
The prime minister, Narendra Modi, lauded the team's effort and the never-say-die spirit. In his inspirational talk with the team, he told them that if the determination is there, one can move mountains.
The PM shook hands with the Indian Women Cricket Team Players at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, in New Delhi and told them to keep up the good work. The PM said that this is just the start, there are many more titles to come for the team.
