- Indian Filmmaker invited to Yakutsk
Globally renowned Indian film Producer, Vivek Singhania has been invited to attend the IX Yakutsk International Film Festival in The Sakha Republic, Russia in November 2026 as International Jury member and Special Guest making him the very first Indian filmmaker to receive such an honour from Yakutsk, the coldest city in the world.
He is also planning a co-production with Stepan Burnashev a Producer - Director in Yakutsk. This will be the first Indo-Sakha Republic co-production.
Vivek has produced many Bollywood blockbusters such as Na Tum Jaano Na Hum starring Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan, and Esha Deol and then launched Himesh Reshammiya in Aap Ka Suroor.
Earlier this year Vivek was also invited as a Special Guest to the IV Bishkek International Film Festival in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan where he participated in the Industry Panel Discussions and Pitch Sessions.
