Writing reviews is a very tricky thing, because normally I don't like to leave either too good or too bad reviews.
Though, I made an exception for the owner of the Boletos Bar, a family run cafe and bar in the historical village / city of Nova Siri.
As I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a very warm smile. The owner, Maria, greeted me like an old friend rather than just another customer. She asked me, about my day, and genuinely seemed to care about the answer.
Instead of giving me the menu, she personally told me about the dishes that the bar is famous for. True to he recommendation, the dish she suggested was indeed very tasty and done in a unique way with perfect mix of sauces and spices to make it perfectly in tune with my strong Indian taste.
I was in Italy for more than 2-months now, she made sure that I feel very much at home with the hospitality, services, but most of all; the carefully curated food that appealed to my very strong Indian taste-buds.
The service at Boletos Bar, goes far beyond just taking orders and pouring coffee. It is indeed a place to go to, when you are in Nova Siri or even the beach area of Nova Siri, all you need is to take a 12-minute drive to this most amazing cafe from the beach!
