The writer was recently traveling to Italy and he doesn't know Italian. Three staff members on seeing this problem of communication, immediately rushed and helped the writer.
The staff members were Gabriele, Isabella, Raffaella - they very patiently listened not only to the writer, but other foreign tourists or even the customers that had any queries regarding the shopping.

Their warm smile and welcoming gesture is what makes the shopping experience for any customer, more than experiential.
Gabriele, Isabella, Raffaella - made sure that the supermarket also provided a healthy and clean environment.
The writer and few other customers had only two items; the team ensured that such customers were given express check-out. This is a very, very appreciable gesture.
No wonder, team-members like Gabriele, Isabella, Raffaella, make the experience of shopping, a perfect-go, to retain customers and give each shopper a reason to return.
